i get 300 sweetie :P......

your running it on agp settings for one... which are 18 times slower than pci-e..... your processor isnt amazing either......... which will slow it down...... how much ram you got?
unfotunately a gfx card is only a lttle part in uppng your frames per second.... something you could try, is linking your computer up with a ethernet cable... i have 50mb broadband.... and my pc is wired so i get the maximum potential, but when tried using my router so i could connect other things to the net, it slowed it down excessively, like 50% slower.... so i just run it through the modem.

A wild shot, but maybe the Anti-Aliasing and Anisotropic Filtering is hard set through drivers, and COD 6 switches it off, while Source engine gladly complies... That can slow the card to snail speed in certain circumstances.
